Rudest telephone call

I called Tactical Driving school to enquire about their fees, only to be told that he no longer does the business, yet his partner still does. I made a suggestion that he should then take the business off the Internet listing, or at least change the number on the listing as it is misleading to be pointed to another person for EXACTLY the same enquiry! The person who answered the phone (he never even told me his name) then used his extensive vocabulary on me. The call lasted only 56 seconds. Profanity does not sell, my friend, and neither does a lack of telephone manners.
