After purchasing my Genuine Honda parts (bushings in this case), I decided to get them fitted at Honda themselves as it seemed like the right thing to do. The Workshop manager (Jan Nieuwoudt) was all too happy to assist me with the replacement.
Upon my arrival at the workshop reception, I was greeted by a young gentlemen who described in detail what the process would entail and what it would cost, which I found very insightful because I like to know what is going on in my car. He said my car would take 2 days maximum and even offered me a lift to my workplace which was a very kind gesture.
The next day my car was completed (sooner than expected) and taking delivery of my car was nothing except a great pleasure - my car was cleaned, my parts were installed correctly, EVEN MY FLUIDS WERE TOPPED UP!!! Jan explained what the common causes were for the symptoms I was having and gave me advice on how I should pay attention to the other parts of my car that may need attention soon.
I have never experienced such great service from any Workshop and can say without a doubt that Honda has trumped all competitors (at least the ones I have been to) in terms of service, hands down. Well done!
