Bad Customer service and customer delivery

Back to school, i take the Waltons box for my child that gets delivered to the school. This year i ordered 1st day of school instead of December last year. I was advised i can collect in 3 days or they will deliver the box. 2 weeks later my child received her box, after me calling and emailing Walton everyday. Received no feedback from them or updates. Then the one excuse was they delivered to wrong school. When i voiced my concern to the Manager Lucille and explaining how upset i am and pointing out bad customer service no one has ever apologized or even acknowledged my email. Now my daughter comes and say there a few stationery missing from the back which the driver signed. I sent the signed scanned to copy to Walton. Still no response from them. I am actually shocked that for a manager to actually ignore a customers complaint.
