Audi South Africa
I paid for a misdiagnosis, now I get attitude

I took my Audi Q7 to the Sandton Audi Service Centre a week ago (23 January 2014) with an electrical problem.
The brake light bulb on the right hand side kept burning out within a space of two weeks.
I suspected there was a loose wire that was touching things it should not be touching somewhere in the wiring system.
The 'service advisor' at the Audi centre, named Zeid, pronounced confidently that it could be the wiring or the bulb holders.
I left my car there for the day. Around midday Zeid phoned and informed me that it was the bulb holder that was causing the fault, and they would replace all four, the burnt out bulb and a fuse. In the afternoon I picked up the car and paid for the replacements and labour.
Four days later my car started warning me again about the same problem.
I spoke to the services manager named Ishmael, and he told me to bring the car in on 3 Feb. When I did, Zeid told me that they would not attend to the car that day because it was not booked in. They had charged me for a misdiagnosis, and now they give me the runaround.
