The Service is NON EXISTANT!!! Everyone passes the buck. My Brand New CBR 250 (1500 on clock) has been at this Branch since January. The reason my Bike was taken to Honda Menyly was I was involved in a Road Rage where I was nearly killed!!! Between Honda Menlyn and Honda Sure (Insurance Co) no one is HELPING.I was promised my Bike back yesterday and TODAY Honda Menlyn phone (Mark the WorkshopManager) to tell me ONCE AGAIN wrong part arrived. And that I will not receive my bike until I either pay Honda upfront the full outstanding amount or my Insurance pays which Will take up to another 2 months!!! This is ridiculous. It is costing me R80.00/day to get to and from work when it use to cost me R - R15.00/day. I want ACTION I am now tired of playing Mr Nice Guy!!! The people I have been trying to get answers from are Ni'Dia Van Zyl, Mark (The Workshop Manager) Deon Grobler The Dealer Principle (ALL HONDA MENLYN) Yolandi, Zelda at Honda Sure My Insurance Company as recommended by Honda Menlyn!!! I was told NOT to go with OUTSURANCE as they were more expensive but was my Insurance of CHOICE!!! Now I want ANSWERS and ACTION!!!
