I send few packages through aramex weekly, Ive been using aramex for 6mths or so and sent over 100 packages, spent over R10000 on their services to date,
Last week Friday, I sent 7 packages. I dropped these off at the William Moffett Pick n Pay at 15:45 as I know the normal pick up time is 16:00 - 17:00. One of my clients called me on Saturday evening explaining they he could not track his parcel. I tried to call the local Aramex Office on Sunday, ok they might have been closed so i understand. I called them again this morning explaining that my parcel were not on their tracking system and explained I dropped the parcel off at 15:45 on Friday. Jaco was helpful and spoke to the ops manager and called me back saying they checked their records and that the driver was there at 16:15 to pick up the parcels.. The driver or someone is lying here. Why would I call you and ask where my parcel are if I dropped it off after 16:00 as I know what the deadline is. Ive been using this service a while now.
I am one of those clients that don't ever complain. This is the second time this has happened and I told them, I am very disappointed and now might consider using some other courie
