Providing false info to clients

I contacted Skynet 02.02.2014 to find out when my UNISA study material will be delivered. I spoke to a guy there and he said that it will def be delivered today. I contacted them yet again today 03.02.2014 and spoke to a lady, she advised that it will only be delivered in 5 working days. So i wonder which info is correct, it really is a majour inconvenience as I now need to replan my entire study schedule. Skynet is also not replying on any of my emails sent to them. Next time ill rather use SA Post office as Skynet is stuffing me around
