Wrong destination of delivery

Good day,

I would like to bring something to your attention.

I have used Bercco now aramex a few times in the past years and I always was impressed by their speed and affordability, I would recommend them to anyone.

My last parcel sent was unfortunately delivered at the University of North-West Potchefstroom instead of my home address that appeared on the waybill. I was fortunate enough that the university called me and told me that my parcel was delivered there.

I understand accidents do happen and I know you have much to deal with, but I would like to ask you to double check your destination.

I do apologise for being too harsh on one of your call centre employees, at the time I was very disappointed because the parcel was of great value to me.
