Supaquick Parow has no ability to deliver on their quotes. Teldon quoted us on thursday on a towbar for a vehicle that he saw in person and assured us that the towbar could be fitted the following morning. The Gwm was taken to them at 8:00.By 11:00, they informed us they cannot do it and the towbar ordered does not fit. We then went to the GWM agents to buy one. We took it to them and without attempting to fit it, they said it cannot be done and they do not want to take the risk of fitting it. The same towbar was fitted within 2 hours at a lower price they quoted initially and without any issues. This clearly spells out their incompetence and poor service levels. We lost lots of money due to this. Avoid using them. They dont have the right staff, neither the ability to have the job done. Avoid the frustration we had to go through. Take it to someone with the right staff, the right customer service levels and the ability to get the job done.
Think twice before using SUPAQUICK PAROW!!
I trust SUPAQUICK head office will be seriously do the right thing and protect the Supaquick brand...
I have certainly learnt my lesson and won't ever use them or recommend them...
