Emailed asking for price confirmation - no reply

On May 31 I emailed Bellville@Supaquick after Standard Bank concierge service sourced 2 runflat tyres for me. Bellville SupaQuick, HiQ and another company stocked the tyres I was looking for. From the Standard Bank email, I couldn't quite understand how the pricing worked, so I emailed SupaQuick and attached the email I got from Standard Bank. The person the concierge spoke to was Sydney and I referenced this in the email.
To date, 11 days later, no response. Not even to acknowledge my email. I have had very good service from SupaQuick in Claremont so I was expecting the same, and one of the reasons I have not even contacted HiQ, but from this experience I am utterly disappointed that no one got back to me.
I know it's only 2 runflat tyres, but guys, I'm a customer who will now take his business elsewhere and have a story to tell my friends and colleagues.
