On 2013/02/04 I paid R2800.00 for 4x tyres at Supaquick in Hoopstad.
I paid with my RCS card, the speedpoint failed. I was told by the salesperson that the transaction failed and I cannot get my tyres.
On my monthly statement from RCS I noticed that R2800.00 was indeed deducted from my account, thus the tyres are paid for.
I returned to Supaquick telling them this - they informed me that they would NOT give me my tyres!
The person that helped me has been dismissed. I have been struggling for 4 months.
Please help me with this, I have been to my lawyer for help as well.
