Being in the Service Industry myself, I must commend both Natalie and Lee on the amazing service delivery... every time I phone, order a book, need help with anything whether it is a last minute order or assistance in uploading my order via the web, they are always extremely helpful and patient!! I will most certainly continue using their services as well as recommend to anyone who may need any printing / binding done! Thank you again for always being helpful! :-)
