Good day - first off my wife and i really enjoy our Terios and hope our problem can be resolved.
i purchased this vehicle for my wife from East Rand Daihatsu in August 2010, with extras fitted including a towbar. vehicle now has only 22000 km's on the clock.
recently a knocking sound has become apparent and i took it to the accredited Daihatsu service centre in Uvongo (Marine Drive Motors) after inspection i was informed that towbar was fitted incorrectly and would result in damage to my vehicle.
i mailed Alec Roller (sales Manager) at East rand branch and he said he couldn't help me.
