Hi i was at the end of bad, terrible service at Supaquick Bethal on 31 Aug 2013.
I went to supaquick to put my own 2 tyres on front rims, and to do wheel alignment.
One of the workers when putting on the tyre scratched my rims, and there was no one on the workshop floor looking after repairs and customers, everyone was in the back office.
They also refused to put on the other wheel i put next to the car.
After walking into the back office, searching for someone to complain about the bad service.
The owner said i had to look at what was being done, why me is it not supaquicks responsibility to have someone on the floor to see that work is being done correctly and no damage is done.
He said" Julle moet kyk "
Supa quick bethals standard of service is not up to scratch and the owner just doesnt care. There is no supervision and professional conduct.
I will also be reprting the bad service of supaquick bethal to hellopeter as well as the bad attitude towards customers from Supa quick Bethal owner and staff. I did not even do the wheel alignment as planned because of the bad service.
It took an hour to put one tyre on a rim and onto my car, an hour.
