My parcel was supposed to be delivered last week Friday as per Skynet's 5 days till delivery period (as communicated to me by them). Phoned this morning to find out where my parcel is, and all I am told is that it is with the driver, and I must call him myself, they don't have their numbers... Tried phoning them to no avail, no answer... So, how am I supposed to track my parcel, which I in any case think is not my duty to do?
