I recently got married and like the rest of my family who all believe Russell Hobbs is the best when it comes to household appliances I too decided to go with their brand when I decided to purchase my glass kettle, stainless 4 slice toaster and hand blender from Game in Pavillion. I am absolutely disappointed and sorry to say that not even 5months later all of the appliances mentioned above looks as if it is atleast 2years old. The kettle has water marks inside which can be seen through the glass. The toaster looks old and ugly even though it is well maintained and cleaned everyday. The hand blender which was used twice only also looks like it was something passed down to me from my grandmother. All these items are displayed in my kitchen and I expected it to look fabulous. GAME will not exchange any of the items as there is nothing wrong with them besides the fact that they look old and ugly in such a short space of time. After paying R600 FOR A KETTLE and R550 FOR A TOASTER one doesn't expect it to look worthless in a few months. ABSOLUTLEY DISSAPOINTED with RUSSELL HOBBS.
