It's been the third time I tried to buy a vehicle here and service is terrible the most recent incident was in this week when wanting to buy a new polo and was told that they have one in stock and in order to get it would need to act fast and do the finance so we don't have to wait so finance was done on Tuesday and approved so had told salesman that we wanna fetch the car on Saturday so during the course of the week kept checking and was told they sorting the car out but only to be told on Friday at around 11h50 that they can only give us the car on the 5th of February which means that the sales person had about having the car and still knowing that there wasn't a car wanted us to do the finance also to top it all off the price quoted to us for the car and what he submitted to the bank is two different amounts... all I can say that it seems they are total rip offs and me being a follow die hard vw fanatic who owns 17 vw's has just lost all respect for the brand and is now ashamed to say that I own a Volkswagen... it's sad to say but in the last 18 months I had absolute bad experiences and service from the brand
