I've been a client from before December 2009.

In 2010 it cost R500pm to rent a double-garage for storage.
In 2011 R550pm.
In 2012 R550pm.
In 2013 R600pm.

Now in 2014 I receive an email notifying me that the rate will go up to within 30 days R1050pm.
