Disgusting service from GM Menlyn

I delivered my Chevrolette to GM Menlyn for repairs that they had to do under warranty. A couple of days after I dropped it of, they contacted me to give them the spare key so that they could do programming of some sorts. When I dropped the key they explained that the new key was there already and that it wouldn't take long, they also had to sort out an issue with the two front seats wich they also had the parts in stock according to Solly. Almost a week and a half later and not hearing anything from Solly I contacted them only to hear a different story, and that they are waiting for the company who is fixing the seats, Solly gave me the number of the company repairing the seats and I contacted them only to find out that they only received the seats the previous day from GM, according to me the seats was already sent in the previous week. I then decided to fetch the car from GM Menlyn because of all the different stories they told me. Now I'm sitting with a car at home that doesn't have front seats and Solly told me that I would have the seats by today, and still no news from them. Seriously they have to step up their client service and stop with all the.
