We went to imperial ford and mazda in diep river and we saw a car that suited us and we wanted to get it. We put our deposit down to secure the car and we went through the application process. It did take a few days and things kept coming up to delay the process but we were finally approved yesterday and we went in today to go sign everything and complete the process only to be told that the car had been GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! the whole time we were going through the process they could not inform us that the clearly incompetent manager had given the car away to someone else. wasted all this time we could have spent looking for something else. what is the point of a deposit if the car can be given away? so disgusted by their service. i would not recommend them to anyone who does not want their time to be wasted by incompetent!! really don't know how they are still in business!!!
