I took my car for repairs after an inspection was done on my car and a quote sent to me. i accepted the repairs and sent back the quote. i later got my car back in 3 days and only to find out that i was quoted for a replacement of a certain part and i also paid for that part... funny thing is when i got my car back that part was not replaced. how i pay for something and the work is not carried out its... because i paid for a specific service and expected service delivery. Very unprofessional for me i am still very angry and i rate their service Zero. very very very dissapointed. and this is just part of the story
