Terrible service!!

We decided we want to buy a Pajero Sport. The dealership offered to buy our BMW for R200k. We had to phone Heino everytime to find out how far is the deal. On Monday, 27 Jan, my husband phoned Heino, he told us that there's a hold up, and my husband should speak to the FNI. The FNI said that he is very busy and has lots of papers in front of him, and that my husband should come into the dealership to sign the papers. As we are doing financing through Wesbank, my husband said he want to sign everything online. On Tuesday Heino said our vehicle will be delivered to us on Thursday, 30 Jan. my husband said that he will collect it when it is ready. On Wednesday my husband went to the dealership, he was told then that the deal is off, because suddenly they can only give R180k for our car. Could he not phone us earlier?? Yesterday I spoke to Mike, he said he would phone me back, he did not, I phoned again and was put through to Shawn. He told me that our finance was declined, that was not true as we spoke to Hannes from Wesbank. Then Shawn promised to phone me back again, but did not! Someone did something wrong with the finance and dont want to admit, and PHONE BACK YOUR CUSTOMERS!
