We had the unfortunate experience of having our car, and then fortunately having it recovered. Then the admin nightmare started. To have the car police cleared after a is a nightmare.
Thankfully is came across gmtm dot coza. Their website explains the process, gives you the forms needed and even though the R950 seemed a lot, it was well worth it. Gawie did the whole thing, accommodated my special requests and sorted the whole thing out. It literally took my with 20 minutes instead of the whole day or even a few days. My wife got a call from Gawie to bring the car, once he had waited in the queue since 6:30 am, he had processed the papers and then met her at Langlaagte at 9:30am. Directed her to the right spot, the car was checked and she left. All in all 20 min! He then remained behind to process the paper work.
Had we not gone this route, the masses of people, the shoving, horrendous bureaucracy and frustration of having not clear process, would have been disastrous. Thanks Gawie! The service you provide is excellent.
