POOR SERVICEAND FAILURE TO PAY FOR REPAIRS

In November 2013 I bought a Landrover Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE from Funnell Cars in Pinetown. After trasfering funds to their account they failed to deliver the vehicle. It was after 2 weeks that I got my car.

In January 2014, the car started producing sound on the front passenger wheel. As it was a weekend I parked the car at home. The following Monday when I was taking the car to the Landrover Dealer to checkup the noise, the car started producing squirking noise. I then stoped the car and called Landrover Assist who then arranged for a towing vehicle to tow my car.

I then phoned the Manager (WAYNE) for FunnellCars to inform him of my predicament. He simply told me that their warranty is 1000km or 30 days.

I then called the Managing Director (Bradley Funnell) of FunnellCars to inform him of my situation. He simply told me that since the car has done close to 10000 km from purchase it is no longer their problem.

I am now saddled with a bill
