I bought a Landrover Discovery from Huyandi Weltrevendpark in September 2013. At the time of the transaction they didn't have a spare key for the car but ensured me that they will order one. They did order one and paid for it and told me to contact Landrover Constantiakloof so that the dealer can code the key for me.

I then asked Landrover Constantiakloof to courier the key to Witbank Landrover, as this was my closest dealer. They said no problem. Nothing happened, so when I enquired about the status of my request, Landrover Constantiakloof told me the person I spoke to doesn't work for them anymore. I then asked them to courier the key to Witbank Landrover so that I can get my spare key coded. This still didn't happen and I am getting excuses from everyone. I constantly have to contact them and follow up. I just want my key to be sorted and I feel that as the customer, I shouldn't have to call and make follow up calls on this.
