Accident damaged car sold, poor service, dishonest

On Sat 07/09/2013 I took delivery of a 2011 Mini Cooper S with 8800km on from Funnell Cars. Because I live in Cape Town I was unable to inspect the car before buying it, but I was assured by them that the Mini is in perfect condition with no accident or other damage. I paid R220000 cash upfront for the car in good faith.

Back in Cape Town I noticed the car is leaking oil. After an inspection by BMW SA it was discovered that the car had been in a serious undisclosed accident, many parts were replaced and the oil leak comes from a cracked engine block. The Motorplan and Waranty was immediately cancelled.

I immediately notified Funnell Cars, and that I want to cancel the sale and want a full refund for the car plus directly related expenses.
Funnell Cars first denied that there is a problem, then tried telling me I have no consumer rights because the car was bought cash, and then started ignoring my emails and messages.

I have been to my lawyer, we have a 100% watertight case, and I know I am going to win this, but let this act as a warning to others out there that Funnell Cars IS NOT HONEST, NOT PROFESSIONAL, AND NOT LEGAL IN THEIR DEALINGS.

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE!
