I am a new mom and buying nappies is a huge expense!! I purchased a bag of Cuddlers nappies whilst pregnant (to start stocking up) and found that not one or two but six nappies out of the pack are rejects- the strips are either missing or they don't stick. Judging by the numerous complaints I have read on here about exactly the same issues, I can see this is obviously a huge manufacturing issue. How does the supplier propose to resolve these issues? How do us, the paying consumer get our money back for faulty goods?? I would like a solution to this and preferably a voucher or something to compensate for my loss of money on their shoddy products! Your nappies are usually reasonably priced and on specials often but now I am starting to wonder why...
