I bought a used Ford Ranger from Funnell Cars in April 2013 and was blown away by the service received from Wayne and Brad,
My car had the following minor issues which I only picked up after purchasing the vehicle.
CD player was jammed
Canopy leaked when it rained
Spare key was not working. (Transponder key)
One mud flap was missing.
I sent an email to Funnell Cars a whole month after I purchased the vehicle to let them know about the problems I experienced. They responded to my email on the same day and had my vehicle booked in that same week. Now, I must be honest, I did not expect the response I received from Funnell Cars as after sales service in the used car industry is unheard of.
They were more than happy to attend to my problems and every single issue was resolved.
I have been recommending Funnell Cars to all my friends and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!
