I would like to state on record that my previous complaint about Funnell Cars was too harsh and too hasty. I should have given Funnell Cars more time to respond and come up with a solution or to refund me.
The owner of Funnell Cars has since indicated a willingness to assist in getting the matter resolved in an amicable way.
I have no reason to believe Funnell Cars knew about the accident damage to the car I have been sold.
I am confident that we will get to the bottom of this and that I will get a refund for this once Funnell Cars had time to look at and verify all the facts.
Let the outcome of this act as a sign to the public that they can confidently buy cars from Funnell Cars, and if there is a problem, the management of Funnell Cars will be happy to assist to get the issue resolved.
