I contacted Toyota Killarney under the impression that my starter motor was on the brink 7 days after servicing the starter motor. I spoke to Johan who informed me that he will come out within 2 hours to come and assist. He did as promised and identified the true culprit being my car battery. Him and his assistant jumped started the car and informed me that the car battery had gone to a better place.
Johan helped although it was not Toyota's problem and did it all with a smile and assisted afterwards with some information.
