I recently purchased a new company vehicle, and Johan Rautenbach at Market Toyota, Cape Town assisted me. From our first meeting to taking delivery of my new car, I had the best customer service experience ever! Johan guided my husband and I through the process, which was no simple thing, as my head office is in Durban, and the car is registered in the name of a CC of which I am not a Member. Aside from providing a couple of documents, I did very little throughout the entire process - Johan took care of everything, including finance and licensing. Johan was friendly and extremely well informed. When I took delivery of my new car, he took the time to go through every feature, even going so far as to sync my iPhone with the car. Johan is a huge asset to Market Toyota, and should be commended on his outstanding customer service. He is a genuinely lovely person, and made the purchase of my new car a wonderful experience!
