In the year 2011 may i took my Toyota 1.8 gle, to Freeway Toyota, as it had starting problems i was assisted by a man called FAZEL he advised me that the car was put on dynostics and that they had picked up the that i had to replace my battery... at which i ended up buying a new one, but the problem still occured of the car not starting, and had to eventually have my alternator fixed by them, i find it highly unexceptable that i still have this problem and the branch manager refuses to fix as its still under guarentee he insist that i pay R 1800.00 as a customer surely this is not the right way to treat a client..
