An electric blanket that I purchased some time ago stopped working and I wrote to the company last night asking for someone to call and say what I could do to get it fixed.
At 09:20 the next day, Johan Du Preez called me and very pleasantly told me that he thinks he knows the suspected cause and that the company will gladly replace the blanket without delay. He obviously had looked up my details, checked the warranty, and had done all of the authorisations before he called and so I spoke to a man who had a solution and not just more questions and forms to fill out.
Well done econo-Heat on your caliber of staff and your excellent systems to deal with your customer care.
