I have send my car for service, my service plan delayed to pay for the service and I paid the service myself.
My service plan then rectified their mistake for not process my claim from their side, now I need to claim my money back from my service provider, all they need is a proof of invoice to show I have send my car for service, this lady by the name of Riana told she is busy with the clients from yesterday, I don't understand cause I am also one of their client as this is not the first time a sent my car for a service there The lady is rude by passion on the phone. she keeps saying she will phone me back and she doesn't.
