I received an email from discovery on the 20th of Aug saying I have consulted Mcatamney Clark and Associates Inc on the 16 Aug, and the claim will be paid on the 21st.n the 20th of Aug I went to health wax and I was told that they made a mistake they will fix the error and I will get a reference number shortly, that was on the 20th Aug, this morning I called discovery to find out that has the claim been rectified and they advised me that it has not been resolved they haven't received anything from Health wax, and the lady which is the manager she was very rude saying everybody makes mistakes, I was like yes I understand but I want my money back to my saving, and she gave me the attitude that it will be whenever their debtors department has submitted the credit notes to her. I asked her how long will it take she said she doesn't know and said I can go she will send me the reference number. To date she hasn't come back to me. the question now is how many patient have experienced this and been given the same attitude I got?
