Poor service

We invested money with the company last year in October expecting it to grow. We were told by the consultant Sharon that our money will grow with at least a minimum of 25% per month. In November we recieved our first statement and the money didn't make much of a growth we then thought since it's the first month and we invested in the middle of the month could be the reason for this. We were surprised when we got the same results on the next month. We then decided we want to withdraw part of the money in November then they asked us to send the request in writing which we did. We never recieved any feedback regarding the request until we decided to cancel the contract and get our money back. We called and let them know about the decision we took that's when they told us to speak to Andrew (the manager). He told us to submit our request in writing which we did. He never called us or gave us any feedback to say whether he did recieve our letter until we called and then he told us the brokers went on leave and will only be back in January. We called again in january and Andrew told us he doesn't know when we will get the money. So if he's the manager and doesn't know who's supposed to know???
