On May 30, 2013, I had some problems with my car around areas of Amanzimtoti. It broke down and I thought that it was my battery. As a result I went to SPEED TYRE & FITMENT AT 399 KINGSWAY ST, and paid R1140-00, using my Standard Bank Card, for their battery, Further, I paid them extra R180-00 as a call up fee.

It transpired that the problem with my car was not with the battery, the battery was returned into their shelves. they took my card and acted as if they were reversing the transaction, and refunding me my R1140-00. We all agreed that they were entitled to retain R180-00 amount as their call up fee.

I waited to receive my money until today. I went back to them three time, each time I went there, a new story is created to shift responsibility, I simply and honestly delt with them as normal business people. I will be approaching small claims court soon but I am very disappointed by their behaviours
