I've been through two property transfers with Dykes Van Heerden Inc. I'm currently going through another with a different set of attorneys and it's very interesting to compare the two experiences. Dykes van Heerden continually communicated the progress of the transfer so there is no guesswork and continually asking how things were going. Peripheral documents were bought to my house for signing so I wasn't inconvenienced. Things happened when they were promised. It's only now with different attorneys that I can see how well organised they were and can really appreciate it.
