It used to take 5 mins, now is 25 Mins

It used to be 5 minutes But lately we take 25 mins to complete the transaction I was told yesterday while adding n motorbike to my existing pre-paid account. I don't support e-toll but as as many - I am also bullied into 18 pages of terms and conditions trying not to pay the higher e-toll amounts. For example I did not register my son's Yaris and therefore had to pay R690 for December because the maximum fee does not apply if you are not registered... in this scenario meaning the car did not have a e-tagg.

Anyway - I got told because their IT systems are now 5 times slower vs before in December people have to wait in long rows and they have complained with head office but don't get any IT Executive to solve the issue and therefore they (the staff) are also frustrated not being able to help customers fast.

While the e-toll staff at the Centurion Life Style were friendly and helpful they are also frustrated with the slowness of their computer link to HQ.
