Incorrect e-toll payment Information

On the 13 of December I want to Pretoria to go see Mandela. On that day we went through the e-toll. The next day we decided to go check how much we owe sanral. When we went to the Killarney branch we asked jabulile to check and see how much we owe. She did check and told me that my car owes R15. I told her that il pay the amount on Monday. On Monday I gave my daughter money to go pay the e-toll. When she came back to the car, she told me that a lady named Elizabeth told her that since the car is not registered she has to only pay sanral after 7 days. Today when I went pasted the e-toll kiosk I saw jabulile I asked her about the 7 days and she said that it is not true. The 7 day period has to do with you paying your account within 7days or else it goes to the debtor and the amount is more, because of Elizabeth I had to pay a R41 more then the amount that I was told in the beginning. I am so angry at the fact that sanral is giving us consumers wrong information and milking us money that can be used for petrol. I am still angry because of that lady's mistake I paid the price. Unfair billing, sanral should just explain properly to consumers or better train thier staff members
