On 16th January 2014 I received a e-toll VPC statement stating an outstanding e-toll invoice dated 18 December 2013, for a vehicle that is not operational nor in use. I was very shocked as its not in use and hasn't been before the e-tolls were activated, and now there's an e-toll bill! This is preposterous!
