At the end of Nov, very early DEC I went into the store and ordered fabric for my dining room chairs and I was told that the fabric would be available 03/01/2014. I left a deposit so that they could see that I am quite serious about this purchase and actually place the order. its the 27th Jan and still no response from the shop. I decided to go in and find out whats happening, only to find that the lady had not followed up with their supplier. She only made that call to follow up because I came in to ask what the is going on. She didnt even apologise for not keeping her promises. The least they could have done is kept me in the loop, but they couldnt because they didnt know that themselves, SO DISAPPOINTING!!!
