BILL FOR TOLL WHILE NOT IN GAUTENG: HAVE E-TOLL

I have an e-toll account with a credit balance. I received an notification that I will be handed over because of my outstanding e-toll. I WAS NOT IN GAUTENG SINCE 6 DECEMBER. I RECEIVED REGULAR STATEMENTS AND AND ONLY USED THE ROADS ON 5 DECEMBER, FOR WHICH I PAID VIA THE DEBIT ORDER.
