I live in Middelburg, Mpumalanga and have used the e-toll once since its inception in Dec 2013. I registered online as if I need to use the toll again I could just get a day pass for that day but I see that they have deducted money from my bank account although I did not use the toll road in Jan 2014. According to me this is incorrect and so SANRAL needs to pay that money back as I am not a frequent user of the toll road as I said I live in Middelburg, Mpumalanga.
