I experienced a number of problems recently i.r.o. various magazines under the auspices of Associated Media - I was fortunate in that I eventually discovered Thando who was able to solve the problems in an expeditious and efficient manner. This was after a number of unsatisfactory experiences. Now whenever I have the slightest difficulty I telephone of email her regarding my difficulties and within a short space of time the query is solved. I am very grateful and appreciate her imput. as nothing is too much for her!
