Several issues from my subscription did not reach me and upon my enquiry, Cheryl from Ramsay Media got back to me within the first work day, and even though Ramsay Media had proof of delivery for the various magazines (leaving one to deduct that it went missing between the post office and the security at the complex I live in...), Ramsay Media offered to send me back copies of the magazines that did not reach me.
What really stands out is the service level, especially considering the value of the subscription - Cheryl represents Ramsay Media excellently!
