Renew-it Randburg
No feeddback given on missing part

I took my car for repairs to Renew-it Randburg in April. They had my car for one month and after all that time all parts had not arrived. To this day (mid-August) I have not had any response from them on this. The service consultant seldom answers his phone and does not provide adequate feedback on e-mail. The service is pathetic, I just want this repair to be completed.
