Terrible service

I had to take my car in for the engine light, they told me not to drive my car but they would only be able to assist 2 weeks later they are fully booked, after speaking to management they helped me the Thursday, so for 4 days i was without a vehicle, then when i received my vehicle back all the aircon vents were broken.

First i was accused that they were broken already and then they said oh maybe it was the people that washed my car. Then they said they will order new vents because its still under warranty. If it was broken before i wouldve advised them to do as its part of my warranty.

I had to wait for them to order to install, when i contacted them to go and install they advised me another 2 weeks for the mistake they have made, i then contacted management again and i am still waiting for a response. i have now emailed the dealer principle lets hope that help and its like 33 degrees today and i am a sales rep on the road.
