Car is still faulty after R50000 was spent on it

I have been a been a BMW customer for years so when my car electrical system went bust a few months ago there were the natural choice of reparier despite the fact that they were twice as expensive as other professional repairers. The service manager at BMW was Abdul and he assured me that my car would be fixed and I had nothing to worry about.

Its been almost 18 months since I first took my car in for a repair and I am still having the same problem. The car was returned to me a few days after the initial repair with the same problem and Abul kept on saying that my car would be fixed asking me to bring the car back to repair it properly.

I am getting extremely frustrated because I have been doing the same dance with BMW and still have not had my car fixed. I paid more than R50000 for this issue to be resolved and still dont have a working car, despite BMWs and Abduls assurances.

I feel like I have been ripped off for R50000..
