Damages & Incompetent Service

In 2006 October I bought Megane2 Coupe in Bryanston Renault Dealership. Since I bought it I never enjoy it all. Always having none stop problems and some of the problems caused by Northcliff Dealer with their incompetent service. This car has costed me an arm and leg. I tried several times to report the matter to SA Renault but I did not get any joy at all till today I'm still experiencing problems. There was a time where they release my car claiming that was fixed when they did not fix the major problem. Two days after I received my car I noticed that the car has some funny noise and took it back to the Dealership. They confirm that the major part (crankle pull) that was suppossed to be replaced was not. When I asked them if I did not picked up this noise continue driving what was going to happen. I was told it was going to knock the engen and I was not happy with the fact that my car was released without a proper service. They kept the car for more than 3 months not knowing what was the problem with my car and the engen was strapped completely. After this incidence problems with my car was endless till today. Car still having the same problem and they want me to pay. Pls help!
